Off-Ice: 1:30pm - 3:00pm
On-Ice: 3:30pm - 5:00pm

This camp is for the advanced player committed to improving their skating and conditioning prior to the 2010/11 season. On and off-ice sessions will focus on strength, power, acceleration and agility. Players should have strong skating skills and be looking to improve technique in specific areas of weakness. This camp will be demanding but players will really feel like they’ve accomplished something by the end!!
