This class is for very serious players committed to fine tuning their skating skills, maintaining conditioning, and strengthening puck skills. The additional time allows for very detailed instruction, for pucks to be integrated into all skating skills, and for high-tempo game applications. One-on-one coaching in areas of weakness will also be available.
