Doug C

 

Doug is a part-time volunteer coach with Edges and a member of the Board of Directors of Superskate Advanced Hockey Development Association. He really enjoys working with the young skaters, encouraging and motivating.

Doug is an economic development professional with the Alberta Government marketing Alberta, attracting business investment and promoting international trade for Alberta companies. He has over 25 years of experience at his day job and 53 years of hockey behind him. He’s played a lot of hockey, and still does a couple times a week.

 

Doug is an avid landscape photographer, although you may see him from time to time snapping shots on the ice too. Doug is currently President of a local volleyball association, a former Edmonton area Rotarian and Club President, and was active in boys and girls hockey for over 15 years.
